The little plastic nub that goes on the end of the buffer. Through my googling it seems to be the most popular term for them...

Use to be able to order direct from buffer technologies but I'm not sure that they will still ship to Canada.

how hard do you run your rifle, especially 5 rnds at a time that you need to replace that??

None of your business really, but I had some custom buffers machined. They are lacking this one piece to complete them.
