We can ship to virtually any address in the free world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

edit: I tried the checkout and indeed only USA is available.
I will inquire because that's where I get my bolt parts from.

They had a blurb posted somewhere that it was due to new US regs.
It's too bad as I used them a few times.

here's Kinney's reply:
We are no longer able to export our products. At about the first of the year our Customs people started applying a different set of rules to determine what "firearms parts" actually consist of. It now means just about anything that has to do with shooting, including screws, mounts, rings and just about everything else. And that leaves us in a place where we just cannot export, like we have been doing for the past twenty years.
