Replacement Para parts in Canada?

So my 16.40's sear spring is broken, and i've been trying to find a replacement for it. I read that Para's sear springs may potentially be a different size than the standard 1911 sear spring, so i've been looking at the brownells website and found the exact replacement part.
However, I was told by the company that I'd require an export licence to be able to purchase these parts from the states.

Is there anywhere within Canada that I could find Para replacement parts?

Try Brownells. If the part is not listed, call or send them an email. You don't need an export license if the part is Para-Ord OEM. You might need one if the part is aftermarket and not available in Canada.
