Replacement powder for Nobel Rifle Neonite No. 12?

As the title says, found an old powder load requiring 41 grains of Nobel Rifle Neonite No. 12 and was wondering if anyone here had a decent replacement powder for it. From the looks of it it is slower than IMR 4064 and faster than IMR 4320.
