Don't know for certain that they stock 'em, but try Western Gun Parts in Edmonton. Tell your friend to buy the unfinished stock and stain and finish it him/herself. The reason for this is that the "finished" ones are stained and lightly finished, but not to the point of a finish coat. You'll have to finish them, anyway. Also, if a bit of wood has to be sanded here and there to get a perfect fit, you'll have to re-stain as well. If you're going to have to do it all anyway, why pay for a partially finished piece?
