I have a question regarding the Norinco M14s. I’m interested in purchasing one. And I’m just a fan of the tactical stock with the pistol grip. I have tried to look on the internet for replacement stocks for the M14s but came up short. I was wondering if the all knowing Gunnutz out there know where or even if I would find one?

Thanks...chev

...only prob is that they're all american companies and heck if I know if they'll ship up here. Hope they will b/c I sure as heck want one of those bad boyz for when I pick up mine!:dancingbanana:

Thanks for the suggestions guys; they really gave me an insight on how to customize my potential M14. Unfortunately I to date never had the opportunity to fire this highly talked about and desirable firearm. So would it be worth it buying the JAE-100 M14 tactical stock for $580.00us. It would look sweet, but I’m looking for a shooter as well. I was looking to spent around $1000 with accessories, with this stock it would be closer to $1700 now. Well worth it if I can get the quality out of the firearm…
Thanks again guys, chev.

Let us not forget about DaveGP who builds some of the best looking pistol grip stocks around ! He is also already in Canada ,so the shipping is not a problem !
I own one myself and I am in the US and can choose fromany of the above, but I chose Dave because of cost . McMillan's are nice but are pricey and I just can't see spending that much on a stock . You might look for a USGI E2 stock also ?

Which of the high-end stocks can you actually buy as a resident of Canada?

Basically anything that says M1A is good to go. There are various nice wood stocks(ones you can finish yourself to your liking, or pre-finished, laminates, etc). Alternatively, there are a bunch of 'tactical' synthetic stocks(commanding top dollar and hard to get).

Many people here make stocks a project, often starting with USGI stock. Basic refinish all the way up to pistol grips and folding butts....

MARSTAR sold out pretty damn quick. What was it less then three days and closed on one of them. Sweet Jesus, I’m curious about this weapon…

I`m selling my pistol grip stock made by davegp right now if you look on Parts & Bits
