Hi,

I have a 64B and am quite happy with the accuracy. I never really thought the trigger was all that bad (my other rifle was an origional Mauser K98), until I bought a Savage 12FV with the new accu-trigger...

Now I have a rifle with an incredible trigger to compare it against, and suddenly I feel the need to replace the trigger...

Does anyone know where to get an after market trigger for the Lakefield 64B?

I very highly doub't you will be able to find a drop in aftermarket trigger for this particular gun. I think your best bet would be to take it to a gunsmith and let him work on it. There are several things he would be able to do (stone the hammer, polish/rework sear/hammer), ect that would lower the pull and reduce creep.

Don't give up looking though, you may just be lucky enough to find one. :)
