Probably not the right place for this but while testing tweaks and sighting in my scope on the M305 I noticed that someone had gutted a deer and left the guts where I parked two days earlier. It was on crown land about the last week of August in Ontario.
I don't recall the bow rules for hunting but it's to early for hunting deer with a rifle unless it's a native. I'm concerned that it's a poacher but I also don't want to lose my spot where I shoot and test. Do I contact the MNRF about it and hope they don't post no shooting or no hunting signs at my spot or mind my own business unless I have proof?
I only saw tire tracks and when I returned a few days later the scavengers had cleaned up most of the mess, but you could smell the rot.
