Repro Russian PU Scopes. Are they as good as the original?

So I'm seeing all the new refurb Mosin Sniper clones out there. They look nice! My question:

Are the repro scopes and mounts as good as the originals? Are they better?

Also does anyone know if they have been bore sighted as I know PU's can be hard to get onto target sometimes.

In my opinion the optics are better and the mounts seem to be the same. Of course the Russians hardly set the bar that high originally.
