Reputable gunsmith in the Winnipeg area

Lyle linkaitis in Selkirk. He's really good at what he does
RDP gunsmithing south east of the city.

Both guys have done work for me and both have been good

RDP is good, if you catch him on a good day, he can be difficult at times.

Didn't Lyle retire some years ago? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Never heard of PGW, they new?

Anyways, if RDP is being moody and you don't mind a bit of a drive, give Kel a ring. He's just outside of Carman, does some really nice work. Kel-Lea Outdoors is his buisness name, great guy.

Same here Lyle at ultimate accuracy did good work on a used gun I bought so just sent him parts for another build I'm doing, internet search showed all positive.

I think it depends on what you want done.
Some guys just want to put parts together to build new rifles.
RDP would probably be best if you need repairs or tuning older guns. He is moody, but one time I went for a couple simple little things he didn't charge me anything.
As far as I know PGW (now PGWDTI) doesn't do repairs or anything like that. I used to go when it was just Ross, but that was 20-25 years ago.
I really miss Jennings.
