Research on two European Scopes, a KKAHLES, and German Made Pecar

I have two European scopes that I am researching for information. I am looking for approximate dates of manufacture. The KKahles appears to have a brass body. Would they be suitable for a sniper build on a K98, or just as a vintage hunting scope?
The first one is 2.3 - 7 power, and marked

KKAHLES
WIEN
Helia 27 S2
And serial number​

It is 10 3/4" long and has a 26+mm tube.

The other is a PECAR Made in Berlin it is 12 1/4" in length and also has a 26+mm tube.
Markings on this one are:

Germany
PECAR
BERLIN
Variable
3 -7​

Isn't a 12 1/4" German Pecar something you're likely to find on one of those "other" sites?

IMO The Kahles might just be good to mount on a fake Mauser sniping rifle.

Interesting read. Coincidentally, I know the "Ian H" who writes of his Canadian bison hunt, I was along on that one. He is a great guy, and one of the most hardcore hunters I've met worldwide. - dan

Tac the Pecar site is great. Thank you.
Then they should be used on vintage hunting rifles, not military.
I was thinking of mounting them on my 21H Brnos, but I couldn't find the proper rings.
