Except in this case the bears had already reproduced, before they got the extra food from roadkill drops.
 
So who has actually tried wd40 for bear bait sites?

Buddy wouldn't suspect a thing..."hey George why you spraying my tree stand with wd40?.... Don't want it to squeak metal on metal and scare the bears johny" lol
