But with a Non Restricted the call to the CFC is just to confirm the buyers valid PAL or RPAL. It does not give info to the CFC/CFO regarding what Non Restricted is being sold.

Correct, And to add to that, there is no limit to the number of NR firearms sold/traded between the two, and the reference number is also valid for 3 months too...

I am seriously looking at the Henry all weather. I like the option to load with the side gate, or drop right in the mag tube.

I have yet to handle one, and would actually like to try one before I buy one if possible.
