Resize new 45LC Starline brass?

I've got a couple hundred Starline brass, it's brand new. I checked Starline website and they say sometimes you need to resize new brass. And that you only need to size to the seating depth of the bullit. I'm using Campro plated bullits which are .452 in diameter.I don't think I need to resize. What do you think?

If you don't resize, there is a good chance you will not have enough neck tension in your reloads.

Resizing also irons out inconsistencies in the mouth and body. I always do it with new brass

Try them over your expander plug first, if they go over with resistance then sizing is unnecessary if however they slide up and over the expander plug with little or no resistance then you will want to run them up a 1/4" or so into your sizer and then over your expander/flaring plug.
