Ive read about folks that run a 332 case through a set of dies to sqeeze it down for a 7.62 Nagant case. From my research thats a reduction of .05"
I shoot 41 long colt....Myself along with many others re-size 38spl cases for re-loading. It makes for a funny looking case but for cheep range brass it works fine. Anyone ever run a well lubed 41 mag case through a die to get it down to 41 LC dimensions? in this case it should only be about a .03" reduction. Anyone got a few 41 mag cases they gould donate for some testing?
(The guys that use 223 brass for Nagant cases run the brass through a die with a blank case holder so the die goes all the way down to the rim of the case. Then they use a rod of some type to gently tap the case out of the die.)
