Siiiigh, sure bring that up....geez, every once in a while.........You are of course right, for some reason I got fixated on the loaded round. Now having said that I still wouldn't put a loaded round through a sizing die again..... But hey, that's just me!

People put loaded rounds in the tumblers with out a catsitrofic explosion.........
 
JB I had that happen to me once when I didn't have the sizing die set down low enough in my press. Caught the problem after 200 rounds or so. I removed the decapping pin from my Dillon sizing die and ran the loaded rounds through the die properly. No damage done and it saved having to pull the bullets.

The Glock bulge once found in .40cal cases has largely been eliminated by Glock with changes to their barrels.
