Restoration

Just saw some great restoration jobs on antique rifles: some gunsmiths are real artists. Problem: they all seem to live south of the border
Now, do you know of such a place in Canada that does rebarreling, nitre blue, bone and charcoal case coloring and other antique metal processes?
One of my friends found a bubbaed Low-Wall Winchester and plans on having that kind of restoration done.

He's an excellent gunsmith (and as an added bonus, he works with a hungarian pointer, a Vizsla).
