Restoring a old revolver

I recently bought a marston pocket pistol in .31 cal. It's in rough shape and I would like to restore it as a shooter. Is there anyone able to make a new barrel?

It's possible but is it worth it? Will the barrel be attached to a solid frame? How about the cylinder? How pitted is it? Anything can be done but are you willing to shell out the money? I'd be surprised if this work done by a professional was less than 2500$
