Restricted and non-restricted gun courses in Toronto?

So if you dont belong to a gun club you CANNOT buy a handgun as a collector? What if you join a club and then you can't afford it anymore? You have to throw away your restricted handgun?

2 things...
1) what an incredibly rude thing to say
2) their is no reason you could not take a restricted on the bus to a range, as long as it it the most reasonably direct route and it is being transported in accordance with the regulations you should be good to go.

Welcome to the forum blackstars.

Not on the TTC. There are bylaws against it. Transit police can arrest you if you are in violation. Check the by laws for your local public transportation system before bringing guns or other items that might be classified as "weapons" by the transit authority.

Douche. I did check and I read 2 differing answers. Excuse me for looking for up-to-date info.

Awful touchy....9+ questions so far and clearly you still don't have the answers you seek. How's it working out for you? Seriously, I was trying to help...do your own research and check out the FSESO and CPC websites...every question you asked is answered there. Or you can continue to lazily troll the forums...your call
