Restricted licence

Thoughts on up grading to a restricted licence from a a/c licence. What is needed to own a restricted weapon, do you need to be a member of a club, and other requirerments.

Upgrading needs an additional safety test and exam and you can only shoot at an approved range, a membership is in the cards and they usually ask for a safety course before you shoot your firearm.

Have took take the restricted part of the PAL course,be tested,join a club,buy a reloading machine,cut up your credit cards and then you are a CGN!
