Simple....if I sell my last restricted firearm will they immediately take my restricted license? I know that I lost my prohib license after selling my final one but will this happen with restricted as well? David

Prohib license is given to you based on the firearms you own becoming prohibited and you getting grandfathered permission to keep them. Restricted license is not based on firearms you own and you do not have to keep any restricted to keep your restricted license.

To be on the safe side , I would keep one restricted firearm just in case . Currently , you can have a restricted license , but not own any restricted firearms ; but with Trudeau in power , anything can change on a moments notice .
Keep one just in case they charge the rules !
If the last one you have is " to nice " or to expensive to keep at least buy the cheapest center-fire pistol ( Chinese Tokarev or whatever you find ) to have one registered to your name . If the rules change you could have " grandfathered " restricted license .
