Restricted or Prohibited?

Hi I found this for sale on another forum. It says restricted but no stick-out barrel is evident. I can't post pics so I hope this link will work.

Considering it’s a Glock 19 Gen 5 I would assume it’s a scam, since those have to be imported by third parties with a Canadian Barrel, and that cost is around $1000. The one pictured is prohibited.

It’s a G19 G5, too small to be a 17.

It’s coming, just have to wait for the US orders to slow down. The G48/43x is the focus for Canada right now.

considering that there would have to be a transfer done, I myself would be leery of selling something and accepting COD as the payment option, on the other side of the coin a transfer (which would mean it exists) has to happen so nothing lost if you buy it.

There is no way a seller would be mistaking a prohibited G19 for a restricted.

The seller may just be looking at getting RPAL info from unsuspecting buyers.

There is no way a civilian can legally own a 12(6) prohib Gen5 G19 in Canada. The only prohibs that can be owned are ones from before 1995ish.
Whoever the seller is, either he is using someone else’s photo of a G19 or it’s a scam.
