CQB with M14, awesome.
*Edit* Is that a homemade M14 mag charger or store bought?

Hey, just like Google Earth captured a lot of neat stuff
- some guy climbing over a balcony...classic B & E!
- a car on fire!
- a cruise missle in flight on a weapons range:D
If you check the fifth picture, extreme left....
You will have photographic evidence that Plink is so tough, that he s**ts AR mags!
It true!....I saw the picture with my own eyes!:p

Considering that is the only mag being dropped, Plink is either

a) a head of the curve on that stage
b) behind the curve on that stage
c) changing his mag at completely the wrong time

Any bets :D

Oh and it should be noted that I owe a big thanks to TDK who was my safety officer on Sunday . He had to remind me repeatedly that reloading my rifle included CLOSING THE BOLT . I am such a dummy sometimes :bangHead:

I do believe that was the "wait for the whistle" BANG BANG BANG...

And so I thought I'd missed hearing the whistle and tried to catch up... Hence my looking sideways going .. "WTF???" as I dropped the mag

I brought the M14 but didn't use it. Used my CZ until the red-dot failed then borrowed a CZ with iron sights. I have used the M14 for CQB in the past. It's quite the cannon. Unlike the lighter rifles you can't hold it up aimming and wait for the whistle. I tried last time and it was "Tim blow the damn whistle getting damn heavy!!!"

Yes I made both mag chargers, one for the M14, which I used on the Sat with my AIA M10. Worked perfectly. The other is for the CZ. I've been asked to make a few more. Hope to get at them this coming week.

The mishaps certainly made the day a classic. Some in the middle starting their dash before the whistle. My son drops his pistol on the ground as he advances. Had to be quick. I looked and Tim was busy looking away, so I dashed forward, picked it up and got it back into holster before Tim noticed.

The "FIX BAYONETS" was also quite funny. In all a very enjoyable day even with the rain. It's sad when the day is over.

Wow! Those scores are really impressive!

Sorry I couldn't be there; I had a very sick little girl that day and couldn't get out.

Sounds like I missed a hell of a good time, though.

Congrats, Bolivar!
