msbg is something I will never touch. Their stock photos look cool but actual products=> garbage.
I noticed the price increase also and I wondered who s gonna fall for that...
don't be that guy.

I actually own 2 of the patrols in 5.56 and .308 they arent bad rifles and mag compatibility is great feature you just have to torque the action screws which do on every rifle I buy.

Fit and finish (or rather lack of it) are bad. These rifles are coming out of the box and already rusting. Factory magazines are garbage and not working reliably. Bolt is so loose it may not engage the sear. These are the worst rifles we have in stock. I'll take Axis over MVP any day of the week and twice on Sunday...and I don't even like Axis.

I think the patrol is more practical than the scout. I have a patrol in 308 and I like it, current pricing on them is out of wack .. better options at the current price point. If you buy, be sure to do it in person, and give the rifle at least a once over.
