Reticles for LR?

I only shoot stationary inert objects beyond 400 Yards (Steel, Rocks, Paper, etc.)

I use Nightforce Optics by choice and prefer the NPR1 Reticle.

I use a rangefinder to verify distance, Kestrel to record environmental conditions & then my I-phone to calculate the elevation adjustment. Note i am not rush and no lives are at stake, this is a hobby for me and not a job.

I then generally dial in my elevation and hold for wind based on first shot location.

I like using the leupold TMR reticle

The long range shooting I do is f-class and I realy like a fine cross hair with 1/8 minute dot.

Me too. The dot fits inside the vbull easily, so no worries about covering up too much of the target.
