So Griffin Armament has had this out for a while, fully compatible with our and US laws.

Their dealer here in Canada, Armtac, has not answered multiple emails on getting them in. IRG does not carry them, but offered to look into it.

Am I the only one that is interested or are others willing to ask Cdn importers to bring these in at a reasonable price?

Take into account that they are $135 U.S. from Griffin and then add import, exchange and the fact that the people bringing them in need to make a few bucks as well.

Anyone else interested for their retro builds?

I'm in for one , asked Canadian Tactical Cowboy about getting some in , since they carry Griffin muzzle breaks , they replied no new orders till the new year , so that's hope full .

I imported a Brick one. It was half the price, then tack on the $50 import fee.

DPMS makes an XM177 'birdcage' flash hider like that (not QUITE as nice looking as the Griffin one though), you can either get one that pushes out front (for a 10 or 11 inch barrel) or one that slips over the barrel. MUCH less expensive, and a few guys in Canada should have or be able to get them for a lot less money.

Yeah, I've seen theirs. The Griffin one looks as close to the originals as I have seen.

They're here , little pricy , but looks the part of the real deal and helps to send the blast down range .
