Returns and exchanges for CanAm

Has anyone ever returned or exchanged an item with Canada Ammo? I emailed them and i am waiting for a response (they are really busy right now so i don't blame the slow email response) on where to send an exchange and what shipping method they want. I ordered a red dot with the wrong base . I would just like to get it in the mail sooner rather than later so I can get the one that fits. Thanks in advance.

A full credit will be applied as long as the item is in working and reasonable physical condition. All refunds are done by cheque within 30 days.

Yes I have emailed and called. Unfortunately I have been unable to get through. So I was just trying to see if someone has previously exchanged or returned something and had the pertinent information.

I had no problem with my return. I was given credit and I just used it on another purchase. Calling them is so easy if email is slow. They even called me after they received what I returned and asked if I need to replace the product or just credit.

I will find out about returns and exchanges from Canada ammo as I phoned them about a cz 858 I purchased from them that would not function at all. They sent me a pre-paid shipping label and told me they would exchange the rifle with a new one. We will see

They are really good to deal with if you have a problem which I had when I bought a Grizzly from them last year. They emailed me a pre-paid shipping label and I returned the Grizzly and they sent me a replacement.

their customer service is awesome, i had received a package missing items, instantly sent out the missing items when contacted, arrived in a couple days, no hassle.
