Hello all!
I will not rehash what I have already covered, but sometimes we concentrate so hard on the separate parts, that at times it’s a good idea to step back and have a good look a the entire project.
In review #1 I covered : NEA CZ-858/VZ-58 Handguards
http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=440435
In review #2 I covered: NEA CZ-858/VZ-58 AR Stock Adaptor
http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=440483
In this third installment I just wanted to lay the ground work of bringing both parts together and give an over view of what my work in progress looks like to date. Right now my carbine looks like this:
Specs are as follows:
While the optic looks high, it uses the standard QRP mount with spacer and gives the most fantastic heads up sight picture, and I anticipate recoil to be straight back and soft.
I look forward to taking this one to the range and will do my best to field any comments you might have
regards and all the best

In this third installment I just wanted to lay the ground work of bringing both parts together and give an over view of what my work in progress looks like to date. Right now my carbine looks like this:
Specs are as follows:
- CZ-858 none restricted version
- NEA upper an lower handguards
- the optic is an Aimpoint Comp M4 (redot with a 2MOA dot)
- Flashlight is a Surfire X300 flashlight with lockout switch.
- NEA AR stock adaptor
- Endine Recoil reducer (6 position)
- Standard LMT carbine stock with a slip on recoil pad,
While the optic looks high, it uses the standard QRP mount with spacer and gives the most fantastic heads up sight picture, and I anticipate recoil to be straight back and soft.
