I tested the Rauch's stock adapter (together with muzzle brake and peep sights) last weekend on gun range and was very satisfied Love the flexibility of going from high EoTech to low iron sights and being able to adjust the stock height accordingly

Just noticed that after the first 5 shots, your bolt didn't lock open and after the last 5 it did.. My 858 was doing this the other day, any known cause?

Well of course the bolt release is to blame Stupid non-working czech custom made extended bolt release in my case to be precise

Interesting info. Like others, anxiously awaiting a folding stock option.

Question for Big Red. I notice you have modified the bolt on your VZ to the left side. Tactically speaking, it makes more sense to be on that side. Have you had any problems with it? Did you leave the original on the right side of the bolt?

No, I haven't had any problems with it?

Yes, I kept the original on the right side so the weapon is more ambidextrous.
