It cycles by blowback. The energy of the fired cartridge blows the bolt open, the ejector disposes of the spent case and the spring returns the bolt forward, picking up the next round, or stays open if the mag is empty.

Durham Outdoors for $319. But remember that a likelihood of getting spare parts/accessories for it is zero/zilch/nil. No imports on anything from Russia due to sanctions. If anything happens to the rifle you'll be on your own.
