A friend showed me revolver she wants to sell that is prohibited....told her I knew nothing about selling prohibited guns but would ask what "restrictions" exist....please advise.
The revolver is probably early 1900's vintage and is registered as an Orbea
38 Special with a 102mm barrel. It was brought home from WW1 by a family member. Any idea of how to determine a value?

Orbea Hermanos...spanish made usually S&W replicas, value in the USA maybe $125.00...value in Canada, much less due to Prohib. status.....never considered anything more then a "Sat. night special", sorry, but I'm trying to be nice about your old gun.

One thing to keep in mind is that if she sells this and it
is the only 12-6 , she will never be able to buy any other
12-6 guns if she ever wants to, thou I suppose this is a
widow that doesnt care about that??????????
For all it is worth I would keep it and hide it away from the kids
or disable it, and keep the paper on it, But then ,I am a gun nut.
