I have no idea what all these competitors who shoot for accuracy are thinking when they spend huge amounts of time and money on fancy guns and hand loaded ammo...what a bunch of IDIOTS. They should turn their attention to Norinco ammo and mediocre guns. Maybe it's the fact they are provincial and national champions....they should ditch practicing their shooting skills and hone their Dorito eating and call of duty skills instead.

I think Beltfed is just comparing an elite shooters precision bolt rifle to your RFB. My opinion is that most avid shooters would consider a RFB to be a decent and fun shooter but not of stellar quality and precision. Take no offence Rallyguy as you've managed to put together a good 5rd. grouping.
My comment regarding a 10rd, group from 124metres off the back of a truck's tonneau cover is with respect to another posting by another CGN member. It was claimed they made 10 shots into a 1/2" group from you guessed it 124metres on the back tonneau cover of their truck using a standard XCR-L.
Regarding your M14 perhaps you may get slightly better accuracy using the bags instead of the bi-pod, just a thought.
Some would call that elitism...it's not because ones elite tactical operators 10000$ rifle shoots .4 moa that this is the best firearms for ALL situations. I am not, nore have I ever compare my rifle to such " snipers" rifle its apple to oranges. It is about as silly to comparing a family sedan to a NASCAR , shure one is faster and pricier, but one is built to turn left and the other to carry a family around. Does that mean we shouldn't bother comparing sedans?
I know my rfb is not a 10000$ sniper rifle, thats why I post here and not in the precision forum.
Now can we just get back to the tread? I don't see the point of gun bashing, I can't afford a 3000-10000$ bolt action and I will not sell my hunting rig, my rfb to pay for it. I will not go and call a guy's savage axis or remi 770 crap cause I find my rifle superior. You enjoy your price 15 pound bolt action, I enjoy my rfb and the guy with the 300$ 770 also enjoy it wen it the only thing he can afford.

I am fairly contemp with the accuracy I am achieving with this combo honestly and the fact that I got a good amount of this norc ammo here I will stick with this for now. Plus what i would do if I was really looking to improve the accuracy I would need a better shooter ;-)
Here is what I managed with some of my reloads. I think this was with Varget through the powder thrower using 41 grains under a 150 grain Hornady FMJBT. The one flyer there was more due to a bad trigger pull on that run. This would have been at or around 100m.
