RFB quad rail

Hi

Does anyone know where I can find the RFB quadrail?
I tried the handguard rail and did not like it, I want to put a small bipod on the quadrail.
All vendors I could find in Canada seem to be sold out, and could not find one in the US willing to ship it to Canada.

Yes, I placed a WTB AD in EE.
