heres my rfb with my ar-332 sight.

Looking good...I've got an Aimpoint ML3 on mine presently but am toying with trying out a Lucid HD7 w/magnifier. Post how that optic works out for you...I'd be interested in reading how it performs.

Well I went to the range today, it went pretty good. I didn't find the gun hard to benchrest like alot of people were saying. Took me a bit more time to ajust the gas setting, silly me was going the wrong way:p. I didnt have the best ammo for the gun with me( federal 150 gr cheap stuff and 165 gr fed sierra mach) it didnt seem to be douing much good. But I just might at been to god dame happy and exite to try the rfb for the first time to take my time to make good shots, that and I didnt have enouf bullets. Next time il test out the accuracy more! In the mean time any sugjestion on ammo?

About the burris ar-332, i really like it so far, its really going to he good for the hunting I'm going to do. It surley wasent the best for the range but i should be able to get some decent grouping with it. But i love it, its so quik to scope with it!

How dou you hold the gun? I am right handed and it seem to be more comfortable to hold the grip with my right hand and tok hold the mag with the left hand. The gun is so short that it seen to be the most natural way to hold it.

I pickt it up at cabelas, they had a few left, but i think there a couple of other place to get it. Epps was the more expansive but I ask them to price mach they later informe me that they would price matche but i had already bought one.

Over all I really like it... I g2g more on the scope later

But i love it, its so quick to scope with it!

I have shot HONEST 1 inch groups with Factory 168 gr Norma Match ammo. No other ammo I have tried in my RFB has done better...

And yes, the rifle is VERY fast on target & one of the reasons I just recently changed my scope fo the 3rd time! It now wears a Bushnell Elite 6500 1.25-8x32 & yes, it's very fast on target!!! I truely believe it could be the best brush hunting setup!!!

Cheers

On a bench or prone I use a quick release extended rail up front with the bipod directly under the barrel crown, with a bag or monopod under the rear butt rail thus extending the rest axis.

For free style - right hand on pistol grip left holding a forward grip by balancing on the left palm , left elbow on left hipbone (like an olympic target rifle).

Were do you find those bullets? And how much?

rfb mag

Anybody come up with any decent mag sources yet?

I Like the 5 round, but feeding SUCKS.

I posted it over in Vaults forums way back when, never got a response....but it doesnt feed worth a s**t.

Anybody have a working 5 round they'll part with? :)

The new Vault shortie mags work just fine for me - they are pinned a little looser.

Try gun shows for FN mags (the price went up though since the RFB came out)
Bring your RFB to test the mag before you buy (do it in your car in the parking lot - dont shoot yerself) ;)
