I have the commander in .45, only about 150-200 rounds through it, no problems.

2 people I shoot with have the GI edition, 1 has 5000+ rounds through it and the other is not far behind(both .45).

Zero problems,
the only issue with either is you get the odd piece of brass in the forehead, this can be solved by reshaping the extractor(haven't tried that yet, not too worried about it)
