Bottom left is two old Colt Cobras. You can distinguish the earlier models from the exposed ejector rod vs the enclosed ejector rod on the newer nickel Detective Special.
The grip inserts on the Cobras are "Tyler T Grips".
Hope this explanation helps.
We love you too, Richard!richardoldfield said:On another board I am known as Master Richard. As Master Richard I want to confess I haven't enjoyed doing a post anywhere any more than this one. The Canadians/Canadiens have taken everything Laserlips and I have given in stride. Lastly, I admit I truly enjoy the time I spend on CanadianGunNutz. Regards, Richard![]()

Wow... Nice collection!
I don't understand how the Canadian gun laws work in a situation such as this.
When you die, what happens to them? Does the Government confiscate them from your family and destroy them? Are your heirs compensated in any way for them?
Yikes.. That sucks.![]()
Nice collection tho!

Someone please step in here and correct me if I am wrong, but from what I understand the executor of your will becomes the legal "owner" of the firearms and must, within a "reasonable" period of time, provide for their sale or transfer. Then the feds take what doesn't get sold or transferred. Forget any payment. It's just another government long term method of getting rid of guns in Canada.Laserlips said:I don't understand how the Canadian gun laws work in a situation such as this.

I had hoped to be able to pass mine on to my daughters but they'll have to be content with the restricteds and rifles; that is, if they still are allowed in years to come.![]()
