This is my third 9.3X62. The first was a 1908 Brazilian with a 21” Bevan King Barrel. The second was a FN98(Model 50 Sears) with a 21” Heym barrel.
This one is a Brno ZG47 that started out as a .30-06. I had Mr Leeper rebarrel it with a 21” McGowan barrel in 9.3X62. He profiled the barrel so that the original iron sights could be transferred to the new barrel. I had Gary Flach replace the safety with a PTG 3-position unit and the trigger with a Timney. The stock is from a piece of English walnut(I think) that a friend gave me after the previous stock met with a mishap.
