Rifle case, Drag Bag, Shooting Mat, bipod or bags?

Depends on what you wwant to do with the rifle.
I rarley use a bipod.
I have a drag bag that I use when gping to the Oupost of the Empire range, I use it for a mat then.

However, when at the range in town I use the padded prone benches.
Wen shooting F class sytly I use a front rest, not a bipod. Mostly I use a sling and irons , shooting prone
I know that Long range Canuck uses a drag bag extensivly when in the bush....

I guess what you have to do is evaluate which of the shooting game(s) you will be participating in. Then find out what works for you within those shooting games.

For example: In the F Class matches, you are deliberately disadvantaging yourself by using a bipod when others will be using very sophisticated front rests with great results. Some tactical matches only allow bipods and rear bunny bags, no rests, especially when some matches require you to carry your kit a distance before shooting. A Tactical field shooting match at unknown distances from varying positions.

Practice and see what works for you and your budget.
