Does Target provide minor service repairs such as removing a stuck spent steel casing from a .308 bolt action rifle?

I'm thinking of just using a brass or steel rod but I'm afraid doing any damage to the rifle bore.

Use your brass rod and a fairly heavy hammer and just tap lightly. It will come out, without any damage to the bore. If you use too light a hammer, you'll have to strike harder.
