Rifle scope warranty for Bushnell Scopechief VI

I just tried, and failed, to get bushnell to repair a B&L elite 4200 scope. I think I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

Worth your time to get a quote from Trace I feel. Those old classics are worth saving sometimes.

If Bushnell shut you down on a 4200, they have really lost their minds.
This should prove their lack of customer appreciation.

Bushnell contacted me yesterday saying that they don't have extra turret covers . At least they contacted me.

I’ve been in a back and forth with bushnell.
I had a recent production scope fail on me but they have since discontinued it. Since they don’t have a Canadian distribution centre anymore, everything goes thru the states….
Some sort of red tape or system issue but the rep is keeping me updated. Just frustrating more than anything
