Hey everyone , new to guns and this forum (just got pal and a few NRs) I’m looking for a way to colour my marlin 795 .22lr. Any suggestions of easy wraps out there? Preferably solid colour ones. Thanks

I thought it would be more common of a thing but seems pretty scarce options out there

My advice is don't do it. I inherited a couple of shotguns that were wrapped, and the wrapping was starting to lift. when I removed it, moisture had gotten in and there was serious corrosion and pitting under the wraps. If you want a solid colour, either cerama coat or cera coat. I built an AR15 this year with unfinished upper and lower; I did it with Wheelers Cerama Coat. Rattle can application, and baked in the wife's oven. Any metal parts need to be super clean; some plastic may not take the temperatures of the bake. This will not contribute to corrosion, and so far, it is a very durable finish. I am very happy with it.
