Rifled slug shotgun

That explains that then. And, yeah, pretty niche. I just looked at the pricing on sabot rounds. $6/shot. Thanks.
If you reload for a shotgun you can knock this way back with a Lyman "sabot" slug inside a trap wad, I get 2in 50 yard groups and 4in 100 yard groups without even trying.

We have a shotgun only deer season though and foster slugs lack a lot beyond 50 yards or so depending on the gun/slug combination.

I have a Savage 212. I can hunt with it in primitive weapons wmus when the elk show up. With 300gr SSTs it's an easy 1.5". It flipped a doe at 140yds, it is a beast of a shotgun and is why I'm selling my guide gun, which essentially does the same job (Although 45-70 ammo is way cheaper) and I can use it in the special zones/ seasons.

I’m going to try Challenger’s through my rifled barrel at some point, I’ve heard they shoot good or bad lol. I would like to find a use for it to be honest, throwing a big chunk of lead down range sounds like fun.

They allow a rifled slug gun shooting modern centrefire ammo in the PRIMITIVE weapons wmus? Lol I can't be the only one who thinks that's not very primitive...

I have a winchester sx3 rifled slug gun and shooting hornady sst I can get 2 inch groups off a bench. If someone is interested in purchasing, please pm me.

Yep, bows, x-bows, muzzle-loaders and shotguns. If the rules allow it, then give 'er. Way she goes.
