Rifles let's see them??

Holy salt and pepper fetish!!! They all look super clean though. Nice collection.

My only suggestion would be to go to a Warne or Leupold 2 piece Weaver style base then mount an XS Sights Tall Weaver Backup Ghost Ring rear sight then I would figure out how tall the front sight would need to be.

Is you front sight post dove tailed that you could take off and replace with a taller XS front sight post?

I was going to use one of those reciever sights that attaches to the weaver base, but the comb is too high.

I'm going to look into a complete nuther set of higher sights [front and rear] from NECG. I need something high enough to use with a straight comb stock. Any suggestions?

.

Google Brockman's custom gunsmithing, he makes a pop up peep sight that is integral with a warne base and used with warne quick release mounts. He only advertises M70 and Dakota I think, but he makes one for the M700. It requires drilling and tapping one hole in the receiver. It is a slick looking unit.

Not really check out the dirt on the shoulder strap on the second rifle down from the top.

I use my guns hard they are tools not safe queens well except for the bottom right one it is a Browning BL22 22LR I haven't had a chance to really break it in yet...

The bases are all-steel Weaver style. I like them. I will look into your suggestion as I prefer peep sights over bbl sights.

The front sight is a std Remington factory sight.

I have a mark X Mauser with a Butler Creek stock on it. The Iron sights that where used where take offs from a Remington 700 fitted with a true glow front sight, and the rear ground to express contours.
Still slightly low for the stock, but probably as good as you're going to get.
