Hi,
I'm shooting 100 yards alone at the club this winter and do test to improve my rifle but can't compare to anything.

What I would like to know is if there is a place where I can see what m.o.a. can be expected from diferent other new rimfire rifles.

The fact is that I realy don't like the fit of the rifle since it's not adult size and would like to eventualy buy a new rifle that fits me more but don't want a lost in accuracy.

It's a CIL\Anschutz Model 167(looks like a youngster sporter kind of rifle) .22LR and I found it to group very well so I would like to know what precision at 100yards goes with some different class rifles I'm looking at like the Toz 12, Savage, CZ452, and Anschutz MPR.

I understand it's a lot easier to find such data\reviews for .308 rifles but anyway I tough maybe someone could help.

Thanks

I don't know of any specific charts that tell you what a gun will shoot at what distance but to give you some idea here are how some of my .22LR's shoot at 100 yards.

CZ 452: 1.5MOA or around there
Ruger 10/22 customized (GM barrel): 1.25MOA or so
Anschutz MPR: MOA
TOZ???
Marlin 2000L MOA
Winchester 52D 3/4MOA
Anschutz 54 - 7/8MOA

Just approx figures on a good day with target ammunition, etc, etc.

Thanks a lot CZ 452!

That's the kind of data I'm looking for.

To determine the precision do you measure center to center a 3 rounds group? How many group should I do before calculating a average? Is there a general rule to determine the precision?

Below are groups typical for Savage MkII with accu-trigger, half-descent ammo, can't remember exactly - I think it was Lapua super club or maybe Federal Gold Medal. Never measured but its somewhere 1.5" maybe, and on first one its just over 1". On first picture I tried to and shot little piece of paper from corner of target sheet and staple. I hit it few times so its rammed into cardboard, can't see it.
