What makes and models of rifle scopes use FFP , Falcon is one , any others ?

I'm interested in a variable 5 -20 x 42 or similar for target use

.

FFP scopes look pricey, VIPER PST 4-16X50 FFP RIFLESCOPE is around 950 US.
where are they available here ( canada )
.

I have a few FFP scopes.
I don't like it.
The cross hair disappear on low power.

That is no hunting scope.

The Nightforce is only available in FFP from 3.5-15x so that wouldn't meet his power requirements. Best bang for your buck would most likely be the Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50 which retails ~999. CAD.

I have on on pre-order from Grouse River outfitter right now, it was $949.00 canadian with shipping included. The 6-24x50 FFP is $999.00. available in milrad or moa turrets and reticles.

Premier Heritage scopes are all FFP, as are Horus Vision. IOR has many FFP scopes, so does Kahles. Barska offers some cheapies in FFP. Weaver has a 4-20X FFP Tactical. Bushnell makes them...

Just go to www.swfa.com and do a search for "First Focal Plane"... they sell pretty much every FFP scope available. You will need to find a Canadian source to purchase though as they don't ship to Canada.

And, an illuminated reticle solves any problems of picking up the cross hairs at low magnification or in low light. Use my Premiers for hunting all the time... the Gen2-XR is an awesome reticle for holdover shots. FFP with a good reticle really shines for dynamic field applications, where you don't have time to make any adjustments in many cases.
