3 (1) (b) that is capable of containing more than 10 cartridges of the type for which the magazine was originally designed and that is designed or manufactured for use in a semi-automatic handgun that is commonly available in Canada
So, just playing devils advocate - no handgun of any kind is “commonly available in Canada” anymore. In fact, no handguns at all are any longer available in Canada (thanks JT). Thus, all mags should be good to go, with no 10 round limit……no?

For rimfire yes, there is an argument to be made there. But IF that was the way things are applied then all the 10 round centrefire pistol mags in people's collections would be illegal high cap mags.
