Rim fire pistols restricted?

It's almost like "Holy crap!?!?! Someone passed a bunch of gun laws when I was sleeping!"

Yes, ALL pistols and most of the cool looking stuff is restricted in Kanada Komrade!

If they are painted pink, they are not. Also, if you are dressed as a clown, you may legally carry a concealed weapon. Airports will allow carry on explosives, but only if you announce it in a loud voice before take off. You can open a bank account using hand drawn identification. Testicles evolved as a way to distract predators from your #####.
 
What we need to remember is that the authorities have obviously proven that a firearm with a short barrel and easily able to be fired from one hand must be much more dangerous than a longer gun. Thus it's restricted.

Just as the same gun with a barrel even slightly less than 104mm becomes prohibited because it's even more deadly.

All these things are far scarier than the nut job swinging a bat at your head or wielding a knife.

Certain people are the real problem.

You might want to check the regulations on this a little more closley. Obsure has nothing to do with the classification for antique status, it's the date of manufacture and so long as it is not in a calibre on the specified list! .22 is on the list, thereare some very interesting ones that are not "On the list" that might supprise you!
