I usually use the gun shops, and if don't have my CCI minimag brand, They send for it, I wait-I get-I pay, no problems anywhere yet....??

Calgary's primary supply for top grade .22 ammo has been Russels and particularly wholesale...they have had a bad habbit of going dry on RF ammo just before and during gopher seas ( go figure) the past 5 years....when the superx is in I buy 10 briks of it and when I'm shooting all summer I may foul my bore with the X-pert stuff from Walmart.
From what Brad and Bob have told ne (from wholesale) ammo coming into Canada is a pain and they put their orders in with some importer that brings it in for many sporting good stores...once a year!
What we really need is a Canadian manufacturer of .22s to keep the supply constant. A dry spell of .22s in gopher season is disasterous for most ranchers.
