I believe that Freedom Ventures might sell such a thing, or use to. I think it was the STI/Marvel conversion but they had it in single and double stack.
Marvel makes them. The slide portion is the same whether single or double, as it would be for any .45 conversion. The mag for the double stack is just a single stack mag with filler slabs on the sides.
