Is there any ONE rule that is different with regards to rimfire pistols as to CF pistols??

I understand there are a few different rules with regards to rimfire/CF rifles but I will ask them questions in another thread.

Still not understanding what you're asking ???? As indicated the answer is likely yes, both rim fire and center fire pistols have the same restrictions .. but if you have a specific question, ask it, otherwise the answer stands at yes.
